Better late than never...We just downloaded pictures on the camera. This was our Thanksgiving feast! We had a wonderful time with friends and really enjoyed the food. I have to admit that I kind of out did myself. Everything came out so well! On the menu was turkey (which our vegetarian guests ate...screw karma), and roasted mashed sweet potato and banana dish with a strudel topping, cheesy mashed potatoes, roasted green beans with garlic and shallots, and finally a chocolate espresso cheesecake. Yes, I made all of this stuff. It was so much fun!
Also included in this post is a picture of Simon with a pinata turkey and Mike and Priti at Ottos. Overall a very fun holiday!
